There's a conflict with a NRE in Georgia for the Winter Meeting date of January 17th. Any chance it could be moved so we don't miss it? Maybe after the Phoenixville Urban Event the following Saturday?

Yes, I would love for Janet’s request to be considered as well. Of course I understand if it’s already set in stone.

While we noticed this conflict, this was, unfortunately, the only date available for some of the key meeting organizers (President, Secretary) in our usual January timeframe.

At this point, we've secured the permits for both the Meeting, and subsequent President's Cup event venues, so it's a bit late to change.

Sorry to miss you - and others - that'll be at GA Navigator Cup.  Please reach out to me, and/or any DVOA Officer/Director - to pre-discuss any topics you'd like to discuss at the meeting - and provide input anytime - including after the Phoenixville Urban Event.

Awww...I will be out in the desert at Anza Borrego that weekend.  Also at least one other club member is signed up.  Because it is (was?) a three day weekend for many, event organizers like to use that weekend for events.

I think this might be the first Annual Meeting  and President's Cup that I will be missing!  Sorry, but have fun.

    Happy New Year to all!

    From

    Kathy Urban
