S-MASOC 33 Saturday May 7th - Help Needed

Topic created by Orienteer7 on Wed Apr 27, 2022 at 5:18 amFor the upcoming Scout event I need the following help. This year we have ~360 participants registered up from ~240 last year.NEEDED:1) 2-3 pop-up tents. We have the 2 DVOA tents but need a couple for start and finsih area.
2) two individuals to put out (unflagged) beginner controls Saturday morning around 8am These are generally at easy locations along trails (trail junctions, distinct tree, fence end, etc)3) Need about 10 individuals to help with start from 9:30 until Noon. Everyone helping can run a course anytime after Noon. It would be great if a few individuals could be there around 8:45 to help with start set-up.4) Four individuals in 2 shifts to help at finish collect epunches and move competitors through the finish from 10am until about 2 pm. (10-Noon & Noon to 2pm) Individuals helping in the later shift can run their course early,The courses you run will count for the Sunday event.
