Missing upon return of Green kit from Presidents Cup: 2 orange and white directional road signs, 2 Orienteering Event signs, 1 Orienteering Parking sign. Missing upon return of Blue kit from Return to the Woods event: 1 Orienteering Event sign, 1 Orienteering Parking sign.These are items that will be getting added to the post event inventory checklist. The last items to get picked up at the conclusion of events is usually signs as people are on their way home so they are not being followed up on to see if all were picked up and perhaps not being reported as picked up. Are there signs in the possession of those who picked them up following either of the two mentioned events?I would like to add the names of those being assigned sign pick up to the post event report going forward so I can follow up on missing signs. Does anyone take issue with this?We are running out of replacement orange and white directional road signs even though I made 10 new ones a couple years ago and we received extras when kit 1 got back to me two years ago.Any suggestions for items to be added to the post event equipment report ?In 2021 I asked event directors to simply send me photos of the front and back of the post event equipment report . That worked out well for me. Comments please.
