We are presently looking for event directors and course setters for any of the following open dates.

    Sunday March 27th
    Sunday April17th
    Sundays in May (1st, 15th, 22nd and 29th)
All Sundays in June July or August
    Sunday September 4th, 11th or 25th
    Sunday October 2nd, 16th or 30th
    Sunday November 6th or 27th
    Sunday December 4th & 11th.

We obviously do not need to fill every date.
Saturdays are normally reserved for event setup but for those who could setup on a Friday a Saturday event would be acceptable if there is no hunting in the area.

Angelica Riley is working on the return of the "Summer Series" of events that normally take place during the week but sometimes on weekends and she will be updating me on possible events.

If you have an interest on doing an event please contact me at orienteer7 at aol dot com.  I can check the current master schedule and reserve the date for you.  The DVOA website schedule will only show events where we have a course setter/event director and preliminary park approval.

April 17th is Easter this year, just FYI
And SVO is looking at having an event on a new (but apparently smallish) map in Dauphin Co on May 15th
This year I believe SVO has the Stumble and QOC has the Mid-Atlantics so that should take 2 fall dates.

EMPO's holding a one-day NRE on a new map of a Boy Scout camp east of Albany NY on May 14th.

Not much on the EMPO website, but I wanted to put this info into the ether.
