These are the self-timed "red" course results.   4.8 KM, 195 Meters of climb

    Name Time
    Sam K 0:37:34
    Angelica 0:47:30
    Wyatt 0:39:38
    Sergei R 0:36:22
    Wyatt 0:39:38
    Sergei F 0:41:38

Most people did the score-O; I had people start with different controls to aid in the social distancing.   Some used the QR code system, some did manual reporting.

It was great to see everyone.

We had 39 registrations and McKaig donated $100 to DVOA for use of DVOA's map.

We gave away 20 different diseases from GiantMicrobes.com.   Only "black death" proved to be unpopular.

Seriously, though, I think we did pretty good with the social distancing, and we got good weather during the event itself.  McKaig wants us back early and often.

Thank you to Sergei for helping replace one of the stolen controls.  We got both controls replaced before the second set of starts.

    Chris-

Thank you for an excellent event.  Great weather, fun Score-O course, and nice to see DVOA folks in the woods again.

    Thanks again Chris.
Did the pm part go off okay or did the weather cause a problem?
It seemed like you had a nice crowd in the am.  Several families.
And finally, I am sure McKaig wants orienteering back in large part due to your hard work and creativity.  You and the ranger (sorry I should know his name by now) made sure everyone had an enjoyable time in the woods.

Yep. That was fun. Good to be out in the woods again. It's great you have such a good relationship with those folks.

I got Lyme Disease there Saturday. I took it home and added it to my collection of previous dead ones.

    Thanks again Chris.

It was a marvelous day.  Everyone I met (from a safe physical distance) was having a blast.  The little girl who found the red polka dot rubber chicken was so pleased!  She squeeked every chicken in the bucket.  Very nice park, nice features, nice placement of controls, tons of fun.  Thanks Chris, for setting this up.  Thanks to McKaig for hosting this.  Yes, we want to go back!
