Announcement information for marketing the event (2 pages) and the event information (4 pages) and pdf fillable entry form (1 page) is available for download through the link or by going directly to www.scoutorienteering.com. Under "What's New" click on the link to the 2020 event. You will see the three files highlighted in orange.Mailings will go out this weekend to scout troops where we have a troop scout address record. NOTE: This will be the last time we do a general mailing to all troops. For the future (2021) we will be doing an email blast when the information is available and the email will contain a link to the scoutorienteering site where the forms can be viewed and downloaded. Troops attending the 2020 event will be completing a troop contact email address on their registration form which will be used for 2021. This will allow us to not only easily send out information but will also allow us to send registration deadline reminders and update the troops on any event information prior to the event.DEADLINES:Regular registration deadline is a postmark on or before Sunday April 5th, 2020. $8/scoutLate registration deadline is a postmark after April 5th and on and before Friday April 17th. $12/scoutThere is NO registration after Friday April 17th without an email permission of the Registrar. Postmarked registrations after 4/17/20 will be returnedRegistration fees above do no include fees for group camping reserved by DVOA for troops.
