Delaware Valley Orienteering Association

The results are in, and DVOA teams did great!  It was a smaller turnout than usual, being that so many of us were running around Europe and I believe a rogaining championship is coming up soon.

Here are the standings for DVOA folks.

Urban Blight was first in the 6XUV category and 3rd overall in the 6 hour, which is WAY worse than it sounds as there were only 3 teams.  However our goal was to not get hurt, which we mostly achieved.

Deplorable and Deportable Chris Hand and Michael Cullen were 4th in 12MV, having incurred an overtime penalty.

Joe's Pizza, aka Sandy Fillebrown and Margaret Hammond were first in 12FV. 

O-Jawn, Lena Kushleyeva and Stephanie Grau were first in 12FO

Gummy Bear Overlords Hugh MacMullan and Sam Kolins were first in 24MO -- 2nd overall, an outrageous accomplishment.

I am in awe of their accomplishments as -- if you saw the map -- it was brutal out there.  The controls were distant and well hidden in tough terrain.

So thank you to the Smiths and other CNYO folks who put in so much effort, your hard work was greatly appreciated.
