All Event Directors................Please send equipment status to me asap following your events per the instructions on the outside top of the computer container.

Please inform me of what will insure all event directors will understand that this is just as important as putting on your events. I have yet to find a form that guarantees people will fill them out. 

I need the report emailed to me, not just the form in the kit filled out.

 Any upcoming event directors not understanding what form and report I need please contact me directly at my email address on the top of the computer container.
