Adam's Creek 9-24, HVO Dual

Petr Hartman has designed some stellar courses but we need an Event Director for 9-24. Someone to figure out a few logistics with parking and make sure there is enough help on site.

I am concerned about having Hickory Run-Adams Creek-Egypt Mills, three Poconos meets in just over a month. And 2 Delaware meets, White Clay and Fairhill, in the middle. (I am working on Poconos area publicity BTW). So here's the question - will club members look at the schedule and just decide to do one or two trips to the Poconos and not 3? At least the Pope isn't coming to visit this year!PS 9-24 is my birthday.

Reply by edscott on Thu Sep 7, 2017 at 6:12 pmThe window is closing for the event at Adam's Creek. If we do not have an event director in place by the weekend the event must be cancelled. Postponing it at Adams Creek is not possibe due to hunting seasons. Courses are planned and ready to go in the woods.

Reply by kathyu on Mon Sep 11, 2017 at 7:04 pmIf Adams Creek is cancelled, but Egypt Mills is not, it would be a great Dual Meet location. Do not cancel for lack of an ED, I'll do it. But I think park restrictions are the real problem, not lack of an ED.
