Brown & Green: with many trails in the area, the courses have been designed with plenty of route choices - and with the best choices typically having many navigation points, connecting trail and forest segments en route to the advanced controls.- Spring\\\'s bloom is coming out - beautiful colors in the varied types of forests at SCEE - but still not too thick - and the vegetation mapping has been updated along likely routes.- The original 1:5,000 map has been updated & reprinted at 1:7,500 - keep this in mind when estimating distance - you\\\'ll cover each centimeter on the map 33% faster than on our more typical 1:10,000 maps.- There are several out of bounds areas on the map that we\\\'ve marked with purple vertical slash overprint that both SCEE & DVOA require that you stay out of. They are easy to avoid and courses shouldn\\\'t tempt you too much into going through them. Most courses will see this in a field near the finish - just stay on the trails (or in the nearby forest) there, and Orange & Green might see this in the area north of the main road. Out of bounds areas are not streamered off in the terrain - please use your navigation skills to avoid them, in the unlikely event you think you might be coming close!
