- White and yellow are traditional beginner courses that will help any newcomers to get out and have a fun day outdoors while still having a mental challenge. From orange to blue, the courses are a mixture of long and middle. Several sections are set as a middle distance race with short, fast legs and many changes in direction, meaning that quick decision making and exiting controls in the correct direction are key factors to success. Between these "middle" sections are long legs that can provide a number of interesting route choices.
- Red and blue will also have a "spectator passage" passing by the dining hall before going out for a final loop that is 1-1.5km in distance. This passage will be marked with streamer tape (a purple dashed line on the map. Competitors are required to follow these streamers. (Honor system here, folks. It's just for fun anyway!)
- These courses will be the perfect chance to apply what you've learned at the camp.
